Reports must include documentation of how Medicaid claim requirements are met, including service documentation for individualized education programs (IEPs), student eligibility verification, parental consent forms, and proof of licensed providers.

Requires tracking of monthly data by complex area, including total students served, eligible services provided, and federal reimbursement amounts for both direct service and administrative claims.

Reports must detail staff training on Medicaid reimbursable school-based services and explain how reimbursement funds are being reinvested.
