Establishes a three-term limit for the state fire marshal position, preventing any person from serving more than three five-year terms

Amends Section 132-16.5 of Hawaii Revised Statutes, which governs the office of the state fire marshal within the department of labor and industrial relations

The state fire marshal is appointed by the state fire council and serves five-year terms, with appointments made outside civil service chapters 76 and 89
