Establishes the Future Career and Technical Education Teacher Scholarship Program administered by the Department of Education to recruit and retain career and technical education teachers

Eligibility requires enrollment at a University of Hawaii campus with Hawaii resident tuition status and enrollment in a state-approved teacher education program

Scholarship recipients must obtain a Hawaii teaching license and teach career and technical education in Hawaii public schools for at least five years after completing their program

Recipients who fail to complete the program or teaching requirement must repay a proportionate percentage of scholarship funds for each year not fulfilled, with possible deferment or forgiveness for hardship

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, with effective date of July 1, 3000 (placeholder date)
