Requires the Hawaii Department of Education to offer sex trafficking prevention and response training for teachers, educational officers, and school-based behavioral health specialists

Training must cover methods used to lure children into trafficking, how to identify victims, effects on victims' health, and trauma-informed response strategies

Training must address the impact of sex trafficking on children of different racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities

Department must provide information on approved protocols for serving trafficking victims to school staff at the beginning of each school year

Department may contract with state/county agencies, victim service providers, or other experts to implement the training program
