Grants enrollment priority in Hawaii's public prekindergarten program to children whose parent or guardian is a public school teacher

Adds additional priority for children whose parent or guardian is employed as a teacher at the specific school where the child is seeking enrollment

Requires applications for priority enrollment to include evidence that the parent or guardian is ineligible for the child care subsidy program and preschool open doors program

The executive office on early learning will establish the manner for demonstrating subsidy program ineligibility

Takes effect upon approval
