Mandates all health insurers in Hawaii (excluding Medicaid managed care programs) to cover continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and related supplies for individuals diagnosed with diabetes, including gestational diabetes, regardless of insulin treatment status

Requires coverage to include necessary repairs and replacement parts for CGMs, with coverage subject to a minimum benefit amount (to be specified) at set intervals

Applies to individual and group accident, health, sickness, and hospital/medical service plan policies issued or renewed after December 31, 2025

Defines continuous glucose monitors as devices that measure glucose levels through a sensor applied to the skin for at least seven days, transmitting data in real-time or at set intervals

Authorizes the Department of Health to accept gifts, grants, and donations to support expanded CGM access; Act takes effect July 1, 2050, with insurance provisions applying to policies issued after December 31, 2025
