Establishes a CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED) training pilot program for all public school students in grades 6-12, to be incorporated into existing health or physical education curriculum beginning in the 2025-2026 school year

Requires all public elementary, middle, intermediate, and high schools to create cardiac emergency response plans that include establishing response teams, AED placement and maintenance, staff training, practice drills, and integration with county emergency services

Training must follow guidelines from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or other nationally recognized programs; school personnel including coaches, nurses, and athletic trainers must be trained in CPR and AED use

Provides liability protection for organizations and public employees who provide CPR and AED instruction, and allows schools to waive participation requirements for students with disabilities

Pilot program terminates at the end of the 2029-2030 school year
