Requests the Director of Health to convene a Water Fluoridation Working Group to determine best practices and address obstacles to fluoridating Hawaii's drinking water.

Working group membership includes the Director of Health as chairperson plus representatives from water departments of Honolulu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii counties.

Hawaii's public water systems currently have no added fluoride except on military bases, and the state received failing grades on three oral health report cards from the Pew Center on the States.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 Regular Session.

Working group dissolves on June 30, 2027.
