Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to transfer fee simple title ownership of two parcels of land to the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity pursuant to Act 90, Session Laws of Hawaii 2003

Specifies the parcels to be transferred by tax map keys: (3) 4-1-6:7 and (3) 2-6-18:1

Cites article XI, section 10 of the Hawaii State Constitution requiring public lands to be used for developing farm and homeownership on a widespread basis

References chapter 166E, Hawaii Revised Statutes, which allows agricultural lands managed by DLNR to be transferred to the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity for long-term productive use

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chairpersons of the Board of Land and Natural Resources and the Board of Agriculture and Biosecurity
