Requests state and county agencies collaborate to assess urban heat distribution, priority areas with high heat exposure, opportunities for integrating shade trees into development projects, and establish statewide urban tree canopy standards

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Governor, Board of Land and Natural Resources Chair, Office of Planning and Sustainable Development Director, and all county mayors
