Requests the Hawaiʻi Civil Rights Commission to examine whether existing state anti-discrimination laws adequately cover algorithmic and automated decision systems used in employment, housing, credit, and public benefits.

Directs the Commission to assess current legal authority to investigate algorithmic discrimination, identify jurisdictional and evidentiary challenges, and evaluate whether new guidance or rulemaking is needed.

Asks the Commission to consider establishing a complaint pathway for individuals alleging discrimination by automated systems and to recommend any necessary legislative changes.

Requires the Commission to submit findings and recommendations, including proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 Regular Session.
