Aims to improve operational efficiency for the Department of Education in areas such as school bus routing, staffing, professional development planning, and shared services across schools and complex areas.

Requires consultation with school administrators, teachers, collective bargaining representatives, parents, students, and transportation providers during framework development.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education and Chairperson of the Board of Education.
