Requests the Hawaii Department of Defense to convene a working group to develop recommendations for a State of Hawaii Commemorative Vietnam Veterans Medal for veterans living in Hawaii.

Working group to be chaired by the Adjutant General and include representatives from the Hawaii National Guard, Office of Veterans' Services, Vietnam Veterans of America chapters (858, 1139, and Maui County), and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3830.

Working group must develop eligibility criteria, verification steps, application process, and design recommendations for the commemorative medal.

Report with findings, recommendations, proposed legislation, and estimated costs (for outreach, design, production, and implementation) due to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2027 Regular Session.

Working group to be dissolved on June 30, 2028.
