Recognizes and expresses appreciation for the United States Armed Forces' contributions to Hawaii's emergency preparedness, response capacity, and community resilience.

Acknowledges the Armed Forces' response to the December 31, 2024 Aliamanu fireworks explosion, including coordination of aeromedical evacuation to transport burn victims to specialized centers on the mainland.

Commends military support during the 2023 Maui wildfires, including deployment of personnel, aircraft, and logistical resources to assist civilian agencies and first responders.

Affirms the importance of continued coordination among county, state, federal, and Armed Forces partners to strengthen emergency response capabilities.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and the Adjutant General.
