Requests the Department of Transportation to correct, update, and complete its administrative rules governing the Driver Education Program in response to Auditor's Report No. 25-06 published in April 2025.

Auditor's Report found the Department has not certified any driver education curricula for more than 20 years, despite administrative rules requiring certification of student, instructor, and master-trainer curricula.

Report also identified the Department lacked oversight, internal controls, and proper policies, resulting in arbitrary practices, inconsistent instructor certification processes, and requirements exceeding legal authority.

Department is requested to submit a report on updated administrative rules, revised procedures, and implementation status no later than 20 days prior to the Regular Session of 2027.
