Requests the Department of Transportation to coordinate with utility providers to develop a comprehensive statewide plan addressing derelict or aging utility poles and lines along Farrington Highway and other high-risk corridors within state highway rights-of-way.

Directs DOT to convene utility providers for a coordinated assessment of derelict, inactive, or aging infrastructure and develop a removal, repair, or remediation schedule.

Prioritization criteria include corridors with elevated wildfire risk, high traffic volumes, or proximity to residential communities.

Requires DOT to establish standardized notification processes for unsafe infrastructure, identify funding responsibilities and cost allocation mechanisms, and evaluate whether existing statutes adequately define maintenance obligations.

DOT must submit a report with identified infrastructure, remediation schedules, responsible entities, statutory barriers, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2027 Regular Session.
