Requests the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) to establish a coordinated data entry system shared with county police departments and prosecutors to track detainee status in DCR facilities.

Addresses the current problem of inconsistent and incompatible data between DCR, county police departments, and prosecutors regarding incarcerated individuals.

Requires DCR to submit a report to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2027 Regular Session, including implementation status, estimated costs, and the number of participating county agencies.

Models the proposed system after existing coordinated entry systems in Hawaii, such as those used for homelessness services and substance use disorder treatment.
