Requests the Department of the Attorney General to submit an annual report to the Legislature on litigation involving Native Hawaiian traditional and customary rights and public trust obligations under Articles XI and XII of the Hawaii State Constitution.

Annual report must include summaries of pending and completed litigation alleging violations of Native Hawaiian rights and the State's public trust duties regarding public lands, water resources, and natural resources.

Report must assess whether challenged agency actions complied with constitutional protections and describe any corrective actions or policy changes implemented by state agencies in response to judicial decisions.

Cites nine Hawaii Supreme Court and Intermediate Court of Appeals cases from 2000 to 2025 where courts overturned or corrected state agency actions for failing to protect Native Hawaiian rights or public trust resources.

Report submission deadline is twenty days prior to the convening of each Regular Session of the Legislature.
