Designates March 2026 as "March4Water Month" in Hawaii in partnership with the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials and Plumbers and Fitters UA Local 675.

Highlights national water infrastructure funding gap of over $1.2 trillion needed over the next two decades for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

Notes that 2.2 million Americans lack access to running water or indoor plumbing, and 12.1 to 19.2 million U.S. households lack affordable access to water services.

Recognizes Hawaii's approximately 2,600 plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters as vital workforce members maintaining clean water and sanitation infrastructure.

Encourages Hawaii residents to participate in water awareness activities and directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, county mayors, and water department officials statewide.
