Requests the Director of Health to convene a Water Fluoridation Working Group to determine best practices and address obstacles to fluoridating Hawaii's drinking water.

Working group would include the Director of Health (as chair) and representatives from water departments of all four counties: Honolulu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii.

Hawaii's public water systems currently have no added fluoride, except for military bases, and the state received failing grades in three oral health report cards from the Pew Center on the States.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2027 Regular Session.

Working group would dissolve on June 30, 2027.
