Directs the Department to increase public and professional awareness through educational campaigns, integrate FASD screening into health and social services programs, and coordinate training for healthcare professionals and educators

Calls for inter-agency collaboration among the Department of Human Services, Department of Education, Office of Wellness and Resilience, and Council on Developmental Disabilities to provide comprehensive support

Requires the Department of Health to submit a report with findings, recommendations, proposed legislation, and any necessary appropriations at least 20 days before the 2027 legislative session

Urges consultation with families, advocacy groups, service providers, and state agencies to ensure a coordinated and inclusive approach
