Requests the Department of Transportation to correct, update, and complete its administrative rules governing the Driver Education Program in response to Auditor's Report No. 25-06 published in April 2025.

The audit found the Department has not certified any driver education curricula for more than 20 years despite administrative rules requiring certification of student, instructor, and master-trainer curricula.

The Department was found to lack oversight, internal controls, and proper policies, resulting in arbitrary practices, inconsistent instructor certification processes, and requirements exceeding its legal authority.

Requires the Department to submit a report on updated administrative rules, revised procedures, and implementation status to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the 2027 Regular Session.
