Requests the Department of Health to lead statewide interagency coordination of services for individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), involving the Departments of Health, Human Services, Education, and the Judiciary.

National data indicates 1 in 7 pregnancies involves alcohol exposure and 1 in 20 people lives with FASD, which causes lifelong physical, behavioral, and functional challenges.

Directs DOH to develop training programs for healthcare professionals, educators, and service providers on screening, detection, diagnosis, and management of FASD.

Calls for statewide public awareness campaigns to increase community knowledge, reduce shame and stigma, and improve intervention services for affected individuals and families.

Requires DOH to submit an interagency collaboration plan with findings, recommendations, proposed legislation, and appropriation requests to the Legislature at least 20 days before the 2027 Regular Session.
