A bill for an act relating to the administration of the tax and related laws, including the administration of the income tax, the franchise tax, hotel and motel tax, the motor fuel tax, and of fees for new vehicle registration, modifying certain civil penalties, providing an exemption filing deadline extension and for the abatement or refund of property taxes for certain property owners, changing the ownership interest provisions related to certain automobile racetrack facilities, and including effective date, retroactive applicability date, and other applicability date provisions.
