Requires public school districts to allow nonpublic school students residing within the district to participate in extracurricular interscholastic activities, including athletics, theater, show choir, and band, through agreements between the district and nonpublic school authorities.

Extends participation eligibility to nonpublic school students residing in contiguous school districts under similar agreement terms.

Limits eligibility to activities not offered by the nonpublic school during the two immediately preceding school years and not covered by existing sharing agreements with other schools.

Requires nonpublic school students to pay the same participation fees as public school students and follow the district's student code of conduct.

Deems participating students to satisfy residence requirements under Iowa Code section 256.46 for interscholastic activity purposes.
