Amends Iowa Code Section 135.185 to replace references to "epinephrine auto-injector" with "epinephrine delivery system," expanding the definition to include devices like nasal sprays in addition to auto-injectors.

Authorizes food establishments, carnivals, recreational camps, youth sports facilities, and sports arenas to obtain prescriptions for epinephrine delivery systems and maintain supplies in secure locations for emergency use.

Permits trained facility personnel to administer epinephrine delivery systems to individuals reasonably believed to be experiencing anaphylactic reactions.

Provides liability protection for authorized personnel, facility owners/operators, and prescribers who act reasonably and in good faith when providing or administering epinephrine.

Requires the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing, and Board of Pharmacy to adopt administrative rules for prescription, storage, replacement, and training standards.
