Extends terms for current school district and city officers whose terms would expire in January of an even-numbered year, allowing them to serve until the following January and seek reelection in the preceding November

Restricts bond elections for political subdivisions to only two dates: the first Tuesday after the first Monday in June or the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November

Applies to regular school district and city elections held after November 2, 2027
