Bars insurers from requiring policyholders to refrain from becoming living organ donors as a condition of continued coverage

Prevents discrimination against living organ donors in policy offerings, issuance, cancellation, coverage amounts, pricing, or any other policy terms

Defines "living organ donor" as a non-deceased individual who has donated all or part of an organ

Requires the Commissioner of Insurance to adopt administrative rules to implement and enforce these protections
