Requires all state agencies to update sub-regulatory guidance, documents, and forms to reflect the title change by January 1, 2027

Prohibits employers, hospitals, health care facilities, insurers, and other entities from discriminating against or interrupting relationships with individuals solely due to their use of the "physician associate" title

Allows licensed individuals to use either "physician assistant" or "physician associate" during the transition period until the new terminology enters common usage
