Amends Iowa Code Section 8A.341 to require the Department of Administrative Services to publish its annual state employee salary report on the department's internet site.

Removes the requirement that the department provide free electronic copies of the salary report to legislative caucuses, the Legislative Services Agency, the Chief Clerk of the House, and the Secretary of the Senate.

Requires the department to provide electronic copies of the report to any person upon request and payment of a fee not exceeding the cost of providing the copy.

The salary report includes employee names, gender, residence location, official title, previous fiscal year salary, current base salary, and travel/subsistence expenses for state personnel earning $1,000 or more annually.
