Amends Iowa Code section 321.311 to change the word "practical" to "practicable" for right turn requirements and adds new specifications for left turns, requiring drivers to stay as close as practicable to the center line when departing an intersection

Requires drivers making left turns from a two-way street into a one-way street to depart as close as practicable to the left-hand curb or edge of the street being entered

Requires drivers making left turns from a one-way street into a two-way street to approach as close as practicable to the left-hand curb and depart as close as practicable to the center line

Creates new subsection 1A requiring drivers turning at intersections from laned highways (roads with three or more marked lanes) to another laned highway to maintain the same corresponding lane throughout the approach, entry, and departure of the turn

Violations of these turning requirements are punishable by a scheduled fine of $135
