Requires the Iowa Department of Transportation to suspend a driver's license for six months when a person unlawfully or fraudulently uses a license, changing from a discretionary suspension of up to one year.

Prohibits issuance of temporary restricted licenses to persons whose licenses are suspended for unlawful or fraudulent use under section 321.210.

Requires expungement of suspension information from a person's driving record within six months after the suspension period expires for certain violations involving fictitious or altered licenses.

Expands the grounds for suspension to include permitting another person's unlawful or fraudulent use of one's license, not just using one's own license fraudulently.

Applies to driver's license suspensions for unlawful or fraudulent use occurring on or after July 1, 2027.
