Expands reimbursement requirements to the State Auditor from a specific list of 12 departments to all state departments and agencies that receive audits or examinations

Removes the enumerated list that previously limited reimbursement to specific entities including the Department of Insurance and Financial Services, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Transportation, State Board of Regents, and others

Requires any state department subject to review by the Auditor of State to reimburse the auditor for the cost of the review and any subsequent assistance provided

Mandates the Auditor of State to annually adopt rules under Chapter 17A establishing hourly billing rates for audit services performed by state auditors

Amends Iowa Code sections 11.5A, 11.5B, and 11.5C, and creates new section 11.5D regarding billing rates
