Extends dress code requirements to charter schools and innovation school zones, requiring them to comply in the same manner as traditional school districts.

Mandates school boards establish enforcement procedures with consequences for violations and provide reasonable accommodations for religious beliefs, medical needs, or other circumstances protected under state or federal law.

Requires dress code policies be applied uniformly without discrimination and communicated to students and parents at the start of each school year, with policies posted on district websites; applies to school years beginning on or after July 1, 2026.
