Enacts the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact, allowing Iowa to join a multi-state agreement that streamlines licensing for podiatric physicians (doctors of podiatric medicine) to practice across member states.

Creates an expedited licensure pathway for eligible podiatric physicians who hold specialty certification, have completed accredited training, passed national board exams, and have no criminal convictions or disciplinary actions.

Establishes an Interstate Commission as a joint governmental agency with representatives from each member state to administer the compact, adopt rules, and facilitate information sharing between state licensing boards.

Preserves state regulatory authority by allowing each member state's podiatric medical board to retain jurisdiction over licensees practicing in their state, including the power to impose disciplinary actions.

Requires podiatric physicians seeking expedited licenses to undergo FBI criminal background checks and designates that medical practice occurs where the patient is located at the time of the physician-patient encounter.
