Mandatory fine of at least $2,000 or three times the value of drugs involved (whichever is greater) applies to all convictions under this section, with no portion suspendable

Facilities must post permanent bilingual (English and Spanish) signs at main entrances identifying the premises as a drug-free homeless service zone, with interior signage required for shelters serving children or domestic violence victims
