Requires the Iowa Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules by January 1, 2027, ensuring pharmacies provide accessible prescription drug labels, bag tags, and medical guides to persons who are blind, visually impaired, or have print disabilities upon request—or refer them to a pharmacy that does.

Accessibility measures must be provided at no additional cost and within a time frame comparable to standard prescription services for persons without disabilities.

Exempts institutional pharmacies (hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities), pharmacies dispensing donated drugs under the prescription drug repository program, and pharmacies in jails or correctional facilities.

Requires the Board to publish an annual list of pharmacies providing accessibility measures on its website by April 1 each year and to solicit input from affected individuals when adopting rules.

Mandates the Board submit a report to the governor and general assembly by January 1, 2028, summarizing implementation progress and recommending additional accessibility improvements.
