Requires the Iowa Department of Transportation to suspend a driver's license for 30 days when a person unlawfully or fraudulently uses a license or permits such use, specifically for violations of sections 321.216, 321.216A, 321.216B, or 321.216C.

Changes current law that allows suspensions of up to one year for unlawful/fraudulent license use to a mandatory 30-day suspension period for specified violations.

Requires expungement of suspension information from driving records as soon as practicable after the suspension period expires, but no later than six months after expiration, for violations of section 321.216B or 321.216C.

Prohibits issuance of temporary restricted licenses to persons whose licenses are suspended for unlawful or fraudulent use under section 321.210, subsection 1, paragraph "a", subparagraph (4).

Applies to driver's license suspensions for unlawful or fraudulent use occurring on or after July 1, 2027.
