Mandates medical schools and colleges of osteopathic medicine in Iowa to require at least 40 hours of nutrition and metabolic health coursework for graduation, effective July 1, 2028.

Directs the Department of Human Services to request federal approval to modify SNAP and Summer EBT eligible food lists to exclude items added after January 1, 2026, with authority to seek additional exclusions based on healthy food standards.

Allows pharmacists to distribute ivermectin for human consumption as an over-the-counter medicine without a prescription, with protection from professional discipline or civil/criminal penalties.

Requires charter schools participating in federal school breakfast or lunch programs to comply with state requirements on meal preparation and prohibited ingredients under Section 283A.6.
