Restricts disaster emergency measures from authorizing changes to election laws, policies, or regulations without prior General Assembly approval

Prohibits disaster emergency measures from regulating conduct within private residences or requiring vaccinations

Limits public health disaster measures to only recommending (not requiring) that private businesses cease lawful operations
