Requires the Department of Management to submit semi-annual reports to the General Assembly starting January 1, 2027, listing future major maintenance projects for state information technology infrastructure that will need appropriations.

Requires the Department of Administrative Services to submit similar semi-annual reports for state buildings and facilities, excluding those controlled by the Board of Regents, Department of Transportation, Department of Natural Resources, and Department of Public Defense.

Requires the Board of Regents to submit semi-annual reports on major maintenance projects for buildings, facilities, and IT infrastructure at institutions it governs.

Reports must include project title, priority category (life/health/safety risk, damaged, ADA compliance, scheduled maintenance, efficiency, or demolition/decommission), estimated immediacy, controlling entity, funding request amount, and a running total for all projects.
