Amends Iowa Code section 728.2 to establish escalating penalties for adults (18+) who knowingly disseminate or exhibit obscene material to minors, excluding parents or guardians

First offense is a serious misdemeanor; second offense is an aggravated misdemeanor with mandatory minimum one-year confinement that cannot be deferred or suspended

Third or subsequent offense is a class "D" felony with mandatory minimum three-year confinement that cannot be deferred or suspended

Creates new section 728.2A making it a serious misdemeanor for minors (under 18) who knowingly distribute obscene material to other minors

Effective date July 1, 2025
