Prohibits the Iowa Department of Corrections from using appropriated or other available funds to distribute or make available sexually explicit or nude commercially published material to inmates in state correctional institutions

Defines prohibited sexually explicit content to include depictions of genital penetration, oral-genital or oral-anal contact, genital-to-genital or genital-to-anus contact between persons, and ejaculation onto another person

Bans material showing contact between fingers, hands, or other body parts and another person's genitalia or anus

Prohibits material depicting the use of artificial sexual organs or substitutes in contact with genitalia or anus

Amends Section 904.310A, subsection 1 of the Iowa Code 2025 to expand restrictions on sexually explicit materials in correctional facilities
