Prohibits former lobbyists from serving as executive or administrative heads of licensing boards for two years after they stop lobbying

Applies to the 32 licensing boards specifically identified in Iowa Code section 272C.1

Does not prohibit a licensing board's executive director from lobbying on behalf of their own board while in that role

Violation constitutes a serious misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year confinement and a fine of $430 to $2,560
