Removes date restrictions on consumer fireworks sales from permanent structures, allowing year-round sales instead of only June 1-July 8 and December 10-January 3

Adds the general election day (first Tuesday after first Monday in November of even-numbered years) as a date when consumer fireworks use is permitted

Maintains existing restrictions on fireworks sales from temporary structures (June 13 to July 8 only)

Allows fireworks use on general election day between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Preserves existing rules requiring fireworks use only on the user's own property or property where consent has been given, with violations remaining a simple misdemeanor without imprisonment
