Mandates training on the elimination of motorcyclist profiling as part of minimum basic training requirements for law enforcement officers employed after July 1, 1968

Defines "motorcyclist profiling" as illegally using the fact that a person rides a motorcycle or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to stop, question, arrest, or search a person or vehicle

Requires local law enforcement agencies to add a statement condemning and prohibiting motorcyclist profiling to their existing profiling policies

Requires all law enforcement officers to complete in-service training on motorcyclist profiling

Mandates the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy Council submit an annual report to the General Assembly by January 15 on continuing education requirements related to domestic abuse and motorcyclist profiling
