Limits rent increases in manufactured home communities and mobile home parks to once per calendar year

Allows exceptions for additional rent increases when reasonably necessary due to increased insurance premiums paid by the tenant to the landlord under the rental agreement

Allows exceptions for additional rent increases due to increased infrastructure-related expenses of the manufactured home community or mobile home park

Maintains existing requirement that tenants receive written notice of any rent increase at least 90 days before the effective date

Amends Iowa Code Section 562B.14, subsection 7
