Increases the supplementary weighting for school districts that share a school resource officer with a political subdivision from two pupils to five pupils

School districts must share the operational functions for at least 20% of the school year to qualify for the supplementary weighting

Maintains existing supplementary weighting levels for other shared operational functions: nine pupils for superintendent management, five pupils for business management/human resources/transportation/operation and maintenance, and three pupils for curriculum directors, social workers, special education directors, mental health professionals, counselors, and related positions

Applies to school budget years beginning on or after July 1, 2025
