Expands the definition of "human trafficking" to include knowingly purchasing or attempting to purchase commercial sexual services from a law enforcement officer or agent posing as a person engaged in human trafficking

Broadens the definition of "services" to include any activities performed under supervision or for the benefit of an actor, including commercial sexual activity and sexually explicit performances, removing the requirement for an "ongoing relationship"

Expands the definition of "victim" to include persons identified as being targeted for human trafficking and law enforcement officers or agents posing as trafficking victims

Makes it a class "D" felony to purchase or offer to purchase sex acts from someone under 18 or reasonably believed to be under 18, including law enforcement officers or agents posing as minors
