Replaces references to "husband or wife" with "spouse" throughout the marriage chapter

Codifies marriage as "the legally recognized union of two eligible parties" and requires all marital and familial relationship terms throughout Iowa law to be construed consistently with this definition

Retains existing age requirements (18 years old, with exceptions for 16-17 year olds with parental consent and court approval)
